Due to the expansion of the inbound market and the wave of internationalization in the city, many industries began offering business and services for inbound, foreign companies and foreigners in Japan. These include luxury serviced apartment hotels for foreigners, real estate agents specialized in foreign property, overseas moving, international mail service, temporary staffing, etc. Our business is to support promotion of such companies in Japan. Due to business expansion and new sales team establishment, we are looking for media advertising sales representatives.

Our company’s "Sales" position is not a "just selling" business, but in a sense, "sales" with a "consulting" element is our style. We are professionals who have been promoting Japan's international market since 1971. The experience and information, as well as the sales plan that we can propose, are the essence and value of our “sales."

For example, if a restaurant client does not have an English menu, we can translate it into English. If clients want to post advertisements in English, our company can provide English descriptions. Our motto is to satisfy our clients.

Description of duties
To offer advertising proposals to restaurants and companies that are targeting both foreign residents in Japan and foreign visitors. We aim to support their marketing and promotion activities.
- Market research to find potential clients
- Calling potential clients for setting up business appointments
- Make presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts
- Process management for advertising artwork
- Client management
- Customer service
Qualifications and experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Confident and capable of cold-calling
- Standard PC skills for Word and Excel
- Those who can join company within 1 month of receiving job offer.
- Native English Speakers, Europeans or Japanese
- Conversational (or business) level Japanese ability
- Must currently reside in Japan
- Live within the Greater Tokyo Area
- Long-term Worker (at least one year)
- Sales experience and Japanese ability preferred. 
- Long company holidays (GW: 8 days, Summer: 10 days, Winter: 16 days) 
- Company iPad provided

Potential for rapid promotion. After several month experiences, there is a chance to advance to Sales Manager position depending on performance.
Monthly Payment

High commission plus monthly basic allowance.
